A little about me as a Coach

My name is Fern, and I am an online coach specialising in fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and overall well-being. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2020 and an online coach since 2022. I work largely with women, however, have experience coaching all kinds of individuals. I’ve studied Sport and Exercise Science, Sport Business, Nutrition, Pilates, and more, however, I truly believe that what has shaped me into the Coach I am today, is my own personal growth with self-worth, self-image and gratitude for the life I live.
 

I have a significant history of body image struggles, disordered eating, and low self-confidence—experiences I openly share because they’ve played a pivotal role in shaping my approach to online coaching. Through overcoming these challenges, I’ve come to understand how deeply weight, body image, anxiety and external opinions can influence one’s sense of value and quality of life. This insight is what drives me to be the coach I am today.
